Content Data

We do not store the content you send for moderation. Content is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after returning a moderation verdict. We do not:

• Store your users' content
• Use your content to train AI models
• Build profiles based on content
• Share content with third parties

Usage Data

We collect aggregated usage statistics including:

• Number of API requests
• Response latencies
• Error rates
• Pipe configurations (not content)

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related communications
• Improve our service quality
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Content submitted for moderation is never stored beyond the immediate processing time (typically under 100ms).

• OpenRouter/Google: AI model inference (no content stored)
• Stripe/Polar: Payment processing
• GitHub: OAuth authentication
