Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Providing accurate account information

Acceptable Use

API Usage

Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
• Usage beyond your plan is charged at per-use rates
• Refunds are provided only as required by law

Insaaf AI and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including:

You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of content you submit for moderation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Moderation results will be 100% accurate
• The Service will meet all your requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Insaaf AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insaaf AI and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data after 30 days
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
